Shanton Chang
Co-founderShanton Chang is Associate Professor at the School of Computing and Information Systems, Melbourne School of Engineering, The University of Melbourne. Dr. Chang is also Associate Dean (International) at the Melbourne School of Engineering.
He has been involved in building the internship program at the university, mentoring students, and engaging with industry partners to enable positive graduate outcomes for students. He continues to keep in touch with industry partners and alumni, to understand the needs and expectations of employers. He has spoken publicly at many forums on International Student employability. His research areas include information behaviours, with a focus on health and education. His research has been used by various institutions and government bodies, including Study Melbourne and AUSTRADE. He is also a life member of ISANA International Education.

Co-founder & PresidentManorani Guy is the founder and director of “Asian Student Accommodation” (ASA) and “Asian Student Education” (ASE) in Melbourne and holds a degree in Psychology, Business Management and a Diploma in International Education. She brought her professional experience in student accommodation and welfare thus benefit international students.
Mano spent her spare time working as a volunteer in the ISANA International Education Association Inc. of Australia, a nonprofit organisation. She sits on several committees and collaborates well within the international sector and externally with other partners. Currently, Mano manages four projects, promoting teamwork and partnerships to be the key to success.

Partnership ManagerPratik holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He has recently finished his Juris Doctor from Monash University. His career aspiration is to work in the Consulting or Project Management sector where he can utilise his technical knowledge as well as insights from legal studies to better solve complex problems in various facets of client projects. He has worked as an Event Coordinator and a Research Assistant in his stint with the University.

Membership ManagerAngelique first began contributing to international student employability as a Senior Career Adviser at Kaplan Business School; She then joined Navitas Professional’s Careers & Industry division as a Team Leader where she managed placements for Professional Year Graduates and led the 2018 LIVE Employability Skills Project, delivered in partnership with Study Melbourne.
Angelique is passionate about supporting international students overcome barriers to employment and develop their employability skills to successfully integrate into the Australian workforce. SecretaryUsha Rao is an educational professional.
