Health and Well-Being Resources during COVID-19

The pandemic has created numerous changes, and this can be challenging. VicWISE has compiled a list of health and well-being resources for the international student community.

Taking Care of Your Mental Health During COVID-19
Prioritising your mental health is important especially during the pandemic. Some activities you can do include eating well, keeping active, talking to people you know on the phone or through video calls and establishing a daily routine.
To manage stress during the pandemic, do the following: avoid information overload, exercise regularly, relax, eat and sleep well, keep a sense of humour and stay in touch with family and friends.
